What can I say?! We just had the most wonderful meal this evening at l’Hypothèse, Combourg. We have been in France for two weeks and this is by far the best meal. The presentation of food, the service, the quality, and the staff were of the highest standard. We were met by the proprietor, Miguel and made very welcome. The restaurant itself has a lovely ambience and character in a very nice building. We would highly recommend it! We have already booked to come again. (We advise booking if possible to avoid disappointment). Enjoy!

It has been a few years since we have enjoyed Delphines and Miguels hospitality. In their new restaurant and business it was lovely to see how they shine and smile and how proud they are of their restaurant. The setting is perfect and of course you are there for the food - you wont be disappointed! The menu is varied and inviting and when served you will be impressed with the flair and quality of your choice. We will be back - keep up the hard work it shows in all you do and want to achieve.

THE most delicious meal I’ve had in a while. Such a lovely comfortable and beautiful restaurant and very welcoming. I had the duck with honey sauce. It was so good I only realised after I had finished it I’d not taken a photo. I did of the coffee dessert. The creme brûlée and caramel buerre sel pudding were excellent.
